According to an AAA survey, nearly nine of 10 older drivers reported a health-related concerns such as diminished vision that can affect their driving. The same survey found that just one in 10 of older adults with health issues bought a vehicle with so-called ”smart” features. There are many resources available online designed for mature drivers to match up their health-related conditions with a helpful ”smart” car features, along with a list of cars that offer them. Some examples are multi-adjustable seats and special high-contrast instrument panels.
