When going on a long drive or trip, it is very important to take a break every few hours. That is because it will help you not to get sleepy and will give your muscles a nice change of position. Take some time to drink, have a snack, and stretch your legs. If you are not alone it is always great to share the driving responsibilities, but if you are alone, putting some music and cracking the window every now and then, will help too.
